Natours Travel acts as an authorized intermediary between travelers and service providers including airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, and transportation companies. All bookings are subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
2. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are based on current rates, availability, taxes, and fees at the time of quotation. Prices may change without prior notice until full payment is received. Natours Travel is not responsible for sudden fare changes imposed by airlines or partners.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after deposit or full payment has been made (depending on the service). Payments must be made through approved channels. Failure to pay within the deadline may result in cancellation or increased rates.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rebooking
Cancellation and refund policies strictly follow airline, hotel, and partner regulations. Some tickets, rooms, or packages may be non-refundable or non-rebookable. Service fees may apply for processing changes or cancellations.
5. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, IDs, PCR tests (if applicable), and other required travel documents. Natours Travel provides guidance but is not liable for denied boarding, immigration refusal, or incomplete requirements.
6. Liability
Natours Travel is not responsible for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
- Loss of baggage
- Accidents, illness, or harm during travel
- Changes imposed by airlines or tour providers
We will, however, offer support and assistance when possible to help resolve issues.
7. Accuracy of Information
All travel information (schedules, rates, policies) is provided in good faith, but final decisions always depend on partner suppliers. Natours Travel is not liable for errors beyond our control.
8. Acceptance
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set by Natours Travel and its partner providers.
